Method

Boil potatoes

In a pot with water and veggie stock boil with a few cloves of garlic, and while u at it eat one, a lot of benefits until soft

Soak lentils

Soak dry lentils in water for about 2hrs, then boil till tender

While your waiting for all that to boil cut carrots and onions garlic and saute, frozen works too peas and carrots! once the lentils are cooked drain add it to the carrots and onions with seasonings garlic powder, slap your mama, onion powder and thyme and red wine cooking liquid all to your taste. I don't measure Once potatoes are done drain add vegan butter half of stick add more if you need salt to taste garlic powder to taste and dairy free milk add lil by lil until it creams together you don't wanna add to much at a time and it be soupy
