Total time: 34 minutes · Yields 4 generous servings. Have everything chopped before you start the heat.
In a large bowl, add the olive oil and harissa. Cut the cauliflower into florets and mix in the spices to coat them.
Spread the cauliflower onto either a baking tray or ovenable dish.
Roast in the oven for around 30 minutes until the cauliflower starts to soften. Halfway through cooking toss the cauliflower to ensure more even cooking if you like.They are done when they start to soften but before they get mushy.
I prefer when they get a little over-done, but that's my preference
